About Norrith

Built in Toronto, for Canada.

Norrith is a money app made by a small team in Toronto for the way Canadians actually bank, save, and pay each other back. One clear picture of your money, with an AI that answers in your own numbers, and a simple promise: you're the customer, not the product.

Why we built it

Canadians deserved better than a shutdown.

When Intuit shut Mint down in 2024, millions of people lost the one place that pulled their whole financial life together, and were pushed toward an ad-funded credit product instead. We started Norrith to build what we wished Mint had become: a genuinely private, genuinely Canadian money app that works for you because you pay for it, not because your data is for sale.

Our business model

The business model is you.

We don't sell your data. Ever. No ads, no lead-gen, no selling insights to partners. Norrith is a paid subscription, which means we have exactly one customer to answer to: you. That single decision shapes everything else: how we handle your data, what we build, and why bank connections are strictly read-only.

Made for Canada

Not a US app with a maple leaf bolted on.

CAD by default. TFSA, RRSP, FHSA, RESP and the rest understood the way the CRA sees them, with contribution room tracked. Fully bilingual in English and French Canadian. Your financial data stored encrypted in a Canadian region. Canada isn't an afterthought here. It's the whole point.
